After playing in a couple of punk bands Sulphate Attack and Vietnam Babies formed The Elements with Stan Greenwood, the original singer Simeon Wharburton going on to form Dormanu. After a couple of demos, the Elements released the Elementary album.
After a couple of line up changes the Skeletal Family was born.
Roger went on to form SAY YOU with Skels dummer Kevin Hunter. These poject lasted a couple of years and a brief return to the building trade was ended with a return to the business with Oasis as a backline tech.
Six years with Oasis was followed by work with Culture Club, Howard Jones, the Human League, Heaven 17 Keziah Jones, Paul McCartney, Dixie Chicks, Ocean Colour Scene, Paul Weller and many others.
